Product Application:
Monoethanolamine is mainly used as a plasticizer, vulcanizer, accelerator and foaming agent for synthetic resins and rubbers, as well as an intermediate for pesticides, medicines and dyes. It is also a raw material for synthetic detergents and emulsifiers for cosmetics. In the textile industry, it is used as a whitening agent, antistatic agent, anti-moth agent and detergent for printing and dyeing. It can also be used as carbon dioxide absorbent, ink additive, and petroleum additive. Monoethanolamine is widely used as a purification liquid to extract acidic components from various gases (such as natural gas).
The reaction product enters the deamination tower, and the removed ammonia is returned to the ammonia absorber to prepare an ammonia solution. The product at the bottom of the tower is evaporated, concentrated, and dried to obtain crude ethanolamine. Monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine are steamed out separately by vacuum distillation, and the purity can reach 98% to 99%.
