The production of thermal Phosphoric Acid includes acid cooling process, water cooling process and spray mist removal process, which are described below: The acid cooling process melts yellow phosphorus into liquid in the molten phosphorus tank, and sends it to the combustion hydration tower through the phosphorus nozzle. Use compressed air (primary air) to atomize phosphorus, causing phosphorus to oxidize and burn to generate phosphorus pentoxide. In order to completely oxidize phosphorus, secondary air needs to be added at the top of the tower. Sprinkle circulating phosphoric acid at 30-40°C along the tower top along the tower wall to cool the phosphorus pentoxide gas and synthesize phosphoric acid with water at the same time. The exhausted gas enters the electric demister to recover phosphoric acid. After cooling to 30-40°C, most of the gas is used as circulating phosphoric acid and returned to the combustion hydration tower, and a small part is used as finished phosphoric acid. Its P4+5O2→2P2O5; P2O5+3H2O→2H3PO4 water-cooling process melts the yellow phosphorus, and then uses a pump to send the liquid phosphorus into the combustion chamber. At the same time, compressed air is used to atomize the phosphorus, and secondary air is supplemented to keep the phosphorus in the combustion chamber. Carry out oxidation. The temperature of the generated gas is about 800°C, and it is cooled with water outdoors to keep the wall temperature between 80 and 125°C. The gas from the combustion chamber enters the graphite gas cooler. When the gas is cooled to 80°C, it enters the hydration tower, where it is sprayed with water in three layers for cooling and hydrated to synthesize the finished phosphoric acid product. The exhaust gas is cooled to below 100°C and discharged into the atmosphere through an electric demister. The spray defogging process sends liquid yellow phosphorus into the combustion hydration tower through the phosphorus nozzle. At the same time, compressed air is used to atomize the phosphorus. The phosphorus pentoxide generated by combustion immediately reacts with water to form phosphoric acid mist. The acid mist is cooled by the heat exchanger and then inhaled by the spray demister. The acid mist collides at the throat of the ejector, condenses into large particles, and is recovered in the cyclone separator. It is formulated into 85% H3PO4 to obtain phosphoric acid finished product.
