Propylene Glycol is a kind of colorless, transparent liquid, CAS number 57-55-6, formula C3H8O2.
Product Application:
Its most important end use is in the production of unsaturated polyester resins that, in turn, gointo items that effect our daily lives, like water tanks, or our leisure time, like sailing boat.
Following inhalation: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention. Following skin contact: In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Cold water maybeused. Wash clothing before reuse. Thoroughly clean shoes before reuse. Get medical attention. Following eye contact: Check for and remove any contact lenses. Immediately flush eyes with running water for at least 15 minutes. Cold water maybe used. Get medical attention if irritation occurs.
Dilute with water and mop up, or absorb with an inert dry material and place in an appropriate waste disposal container. Ifnecessary: Neutralize the residue with a dilute solution of acetic acid. Finish cleaning by spreading water on thecontaminatedsurface and dispose of according to local and regional authority requirements.
